The Carlisle Suite is perfect for the medium to larger conference and can be adapted to suit your conference set up requirements. We can arrange conferences up to 500 people Theatre style and up to 400 people in Banqueting style.
We have all you would require from a top of the range conference venue - natural daylight (floor to ceiling windows), blackout facilities, air-conditioning, LCD projector, built in screen 2.4m x 4m (east screen) & 3m x 2.2m (west screen), 4 x 42” LCD TVs, wired for sound, multi zoned dimming controls, DVD, VCR, presentation switch and electronic blinds.
The Carlisle Suite boasts a mezzanine level which can facilitate up to 120 delegates and is perfect for conferences looking for exhibition space.
For your Pre-Conference registration or welcome reception, the Pavillion Bar is exclusive to you and your delegates and is located directly beside the Carlisle Suite. The foyer areas in the hotel will also provide ease of movement for delegates to network and liase with exhibitors
With 14 Dedicated Meeting Rooms catering for up to 450 Delegates there is plenty of options available for breakout facilities, all rooms are easily accessible from the Carlisle Suite.
