Today sees Sam Smith announce his 2018 UK and European Arena Tour – his biggest headline shows to date. Sam will headline 3Arena on March 30th.

Sam gave fans a taste of the new album during a series of intimate shows in London, New York, Los Angeles and Berlin in September. His highly anticipated sophomore album, The Thrill Of It All, is due for release worldwide on the 3rd of November via Capitol Records.

People's Park Market

The People’s Park Co Co Market is located on the edge of Dún Laoghaire town centre in the historic People’s Park. The Park has been open to the public since 1890 and features great examples of Victorian architecture with the Gate Lodge and the Tea Rooms, a bandstand featuring the original gaslight standards and a playground. The market is a very popular spot, attracting large crowds every weekend. Over 50 vendors trade each Sunday selling a wide range of products including hot food, baked goods, art and crafts, artisan food products and seasonal produce.

Tommy Tiernan, Deirdre O'Kane, Andrew Maxwell,PJ Gallagher, Alison Spittle, Foil, Arms and Hog and many, many more Comedy Stars to perform in the 3Arena for the second ‘Paddy's night in support of Comic Relief’gig this St.Patrick's day.

Following lasts year’s phenomenal sold-out show the cream of Irish stand-up comedy is gathering once again at the 3Arena on St. Patrick’s night to raise much needed funds via Comic Relief for domestic and international charities who are tackling refugee issues and the homelessness crisis.

Spearheaded by comedian Deirdre O'Kane and TV producer Darren Smith, Paddy's Night in Support of Comic Relief will feature a who's who of the Irish comedy scene including Tommy Tiernan, Deirdre O’Kane, Bernard O'Shea, Andrew Maxwell, Neil Delamere, Alison Spittle, Foil, Arms & Hog, Ardal O’Hanlon, Lords Of Strut, David O’Doherty, Gearoid Farrelly, Joanne McNally and PJ Gallagher with more big names to be confirmed over the coming weeks.

Aware Harbour2Harbour Walk 2018

The annual Harbour2Harbour Walk for Aware takes place on Saturday 17th March 2018 and we want you to grab your walking shoes and come along for a guaranteed fun day out! It's an alternative way to celebrate St Patrick's Day.

You can choose to walk from Dun Laoghaire Harbour to Howth Harbour or vice versa, and the 16-mile route is suitable for most fitness levels. The walk takes participants along the spectacularly scenic Dublin Bay and more than 2,000 people are expected to take part.

Paloma Faith – one of only two British female artists this decade to have their last three albums go double platinum in the UK – will release her long-awaited fourth album, ‘The Architect’, on November 17 via RCA Records.

The new album – her first in more than three years and since giving birth to her first child – features an array of acclaimed co-writers, producers and collaborators including: Sia, John Legend, Jesse Shatkin, TMS, Starsmith, Tobias Jesso Jr., Eg White, Rag'n'Bone Man, actor Samuel L. Jackson and journalist and activist Owen Jones.

Paloma, who won the BRIT Award for British Female Solo Artist in 2015 following the phenomenal success of her last record, 2014’s ‘A Perfect Contradiction’, explores both personal and political themes on the album.

Roy and Silo are two male Chinstrap penguins. Just like the other penguin pairs at Central Park Zoo, they walk, play, swim and dance together. When the duo decide to try and hatch a rock in place of an egg, they find themselves on an adventure that could mean raising a chick for real!

Meet actors from your favorite TV shows/movies, Comic Artists and writers or partake it one of the many activities over the weekend including workshops, compete in some casual gaming or go try your hand against some tougher competition in the E-Sports area, attend panels, watch SFX artists turn attendees into monsters, see the photo ops with lifesize movie sets and costumes or raise money for charity in the Wasteland area with a variety of games.
