People's Park Market

The People’s Park Co Co Market is located on the edge of Dún Laoghaire town centre in the historic People’s Park. The Park has been open to the public since 1890 and features great examples of Victorian architecture with the Gate Lodge and the Tea Rooms, a bandstand featuring the original gaslight standards and a playground. The market is a very popular spot, attracting large crowds every weekend. Over 50 vendors trade each Sunday selling a wide range of products including hot food, baked goods, art and crafts, artisan food products and seasonal produce.

The Coronas - Huge Dublin show at 3Arena

2017 has been an incredible year for The Coronas. Their album ‘Trust The Wire’ went to No. 1, they sold out all Irish shows including their biggest ever headline show in Royal Hospital Kilmainham, and their hit singles ‘Reel Feel’ & ‘We Couldn’t Fake It’ were among the top songs played on Irish radio.

They also enjoyed sold out tours in the U.S., Europe and Australia.

Now, The Coronas are delighted to announce a huge Dublin show at 3Arena on Saturday 21 July.

37th International Symposium on Combustion

The 37th International Symposium on Combustion will provide a scientific venue for sharing ideas and experiences on the applications of combustion.

The six day meeting is expected to attract 1,600 experts to Dublin, who specialise in all aspects of clean and efficient energy, fire safety, power generation and propulsion technologies.

The Combustion Institute is an international, non-profit, educational and scientific society. Founded in 1954, CI promotes and disseminates research activities in all areas of combustion science and technology for the advancement of many diverse communities around the world.
