Is there a minimum age for treatments?


The minimum age requirement for treatments in sansanaSPA is 16 years old.
Anyone aged between 16-18 years old must have adult supervision.
 

Can couples be treated together at sansanaSPA?


The treatment that can cater for couples is the Mud Chamber. Our treatment rooms are designed for one person per treatment.
 

What is the cancellation policy?


When making a booking at sansanaSPA, a credit card or deposit is required to secure your appointment. 24 hours notice is required to cancel or change an appointment; otherwise we regret that the full cost of the treatment will be charged.
 

What if I am late for my appointment?


We offer our guests a reliable timetable therefore arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, reducing you full benefit and enjoyment. Your treatment will end on the time to prevent any inconvenience to the next guest and the same treatment price will apply. For this reason we ask that guests arrive at least 15 minutes before their schedule appointment time so that you will have time to complete a consultation card and relax in the Thermal Suite before your treatment.
 

What facilities are available if I book a treatment?


With all treatments and packages, clients have complimentary use of our Thermal Suites. Features include our Unique Water Relaxation Beds, Aroma Steam Room, Rock Sauna, Ice Font, Experience Showers, 18m 31 Degree Heated Swimming Pool, Hydro Pool, Tea / Coffee and Refreshments.
 

Can I use these facilities if I do not have a treatment booked?


Guests are welcome to use these facilities for a charge of €25
 

Can someone help me decide on the most suitable treatment or therapies?


Prior to arrival we suggest that you contact the spa to discuss and plan your schedule. Our spa professionals will guide you and recommend the treatments most suitable to your personal needs.
 

What if I have special health consideration?


At the time of booking please advise us if you are pregnant, on any medication, under medical supervision or require assistance. Please note that certain conditions may preclude you from having specific products or treatments and may require written permission from your physician. We will always do our very best to accommodate all our guests. Your health, safety and comfort are of the utmost importance.
 

Will I have a male or female therapist?


All our therapists are female.
 

What should I wear?


On arrival at sansanaSPA, you will be provided with a locker, robe, slippers and towels. During treatments your comfort is essential. You will be covered with towels throughout, so undergarments are not necessary. However, disposable underwear is available upon request or you may wear your own if preferred. It is recommended that you do not bring jewellery or valuables with you to the Spa.

Are Gift Vouchers available in the spa?


Gift Vouchers for any denomination are available from sansanaSPA Reception and are Gift Wrapped for the perfect present. Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year and must be presented at time of treatment.
