Correct Breathing TechniqueTo prevent early fatigue while aerobically training:BREATH IN through your nose and out through your mouthEXHALE on effort while doing resistance trainingHow do we get stronger?A muscle will only strengthen when forced to operate beyond its customary intensity (OVERLOAD). OVERLOAD can be progressed by increasing the:resistance e.g. adding more weight to the exercisenumber of repetitions with a particular weight number of sets of the exercise REMEMBER!
