The sansanaSPA invites you to experience deeply restorative Sound Bath Meditation Sessions led by Jodie, an experienced holistic practitioner dedicated to guiding guests toward balance, relaxation, and inner harmony. We will provide a tranquil setting perfect for nurturing mind-body wellbeing. Our calm, elegant spaces enhance the immersive nature of sound therapy, allowing each guest to fully surrender into rest and inner stillness.
Hosted by Jodie at Northern Soul, with over 20 years of experience in holistic wellness, Jodie brings a rich background in body–mind–soul healing to every session she leads. Her journey began in 2000 with a Diploma in Swedish Massage in Australia, followed by decades of expanding her knowledge and skills across a variety of healing modalities. Driven by a deep passion for healing, Jodie combines gentle guidance, intuitive awareness, and transformative techniques to create a safe, nurturing environment for all participants.

A therapeutic experience using instruments such as gongs, Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, drums, and tuning forks. Creates an immersive soundscape that supports holistic well‑being. Vibrations work on the body, mind, and spirit to restore balance and promote deep relaxation. Experiences vary: meditation-like states, vivid imagery, emotional release, or heightened awareness. |
Sessions begin with guided meditation and relaxation to help participants settle in. Simple breathwork techniques calm the mind, soften the body, and release tension. Prepares the nervous system for the sound journey by creating a sense of safety and ease. Enhances the ability to receive and benefit from the healing vibrations. |
Suitable for nearly all ages and experience levels. Accessible for both beginners and those with an established mindfulness practice. May not be suitable for individuals in the first trimester of pregnancy, those with sound-sensitive conditions, or people with certain medical devices such as pacemakers.
