Treatments
- Upon arrival, our Spa Reception Team will warmly welcome you and ask you to complete a treatment consultation form prior to your treatment.
- A member of the Spa Reception Team will then show you, your locker, where you will be provided with a robe and slippers. You will also be shown to our Thermal Suite, where you can relax before your treatment. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the Pier Health Club facilities.
- Your spa therapist will meet you in the Thermal Suite and accompany you to your treatment room.
- Following your treatment, your therapist will guide you to our Relaxation Room, where you can continue to unwind. Guests may continue to enjoy the spa and leisure facilities for up to one hour after their treatment. - Please note that swimming hats and flip-flops are required for pool access and are available to purchase from the Pier Health Club Reception.
